Jonathan Gemma

Jonathan Gemma has over 18 years of extensive sales, marketing and operational experience in the Renewable Energy Field and is knowledgeable about most of the processes and procedures relating to solar installations, daily operations, sales, marketing, finance, and integration of diverse teams. He has led the company through high growth, acquisition and sale modes.

Jonathan has spent time in various roles for Aztec Solar of developing a profitable solar business. His understanding of both residential and commercial markets encompasses marketing plans and budgets, sales strategies for sales teams, development of commercial projects, IT networks, CRM and energy modeling programs, and integration processes.

He attended the Loyola Marymount University and received a B.B.A. in Management (2002). In 2008, he earned his M.B.A. from Sacramento State University. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, The International Business Honor Society. Jonathan is committed to continued growth in the renewable energy field and has assisted on shaping Utility Incentive Programs for the solar thermal industry in California. Jonathan has spent a number of years coaching middle school kids in basketball and volleyball.
