Next, our engineers will draw up plans for the permit, which we will then take to the building department, in the country or city where you live, and get a building permit. We take care of the entire permit process and make sure it is done properly.
The last step is to install your new system, so that you can begin taking advantage of your solar savings.
After the permitting is complete, we contact you to create an installation timeline that is convenient for you and your schedule. On the scheduled date, we’ll arrive early, taking care to treat your house as if it was our own. Our installers are family people too and they know what it’s like to have somebody that they don’t know around. It is our goal to make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process.
After the installation is completed, we completely explain the new system to you so that you understand exactly how it works.
We’ll show you how to program the app on your phone or your computer, so that you can see exactly what the energy output is that the system is producing; we also monitor this closely within our office to ensure that the system is operational and functioning properly. If at any time, the system isn’t working properly, we’ll alert you.
