POSITION SCOPE:

The Company provides pre-set, pre-qualified appointments from interested customers who are calling us and requesting a Sales Rep to come to their home. Sales Representatives can also generate additional income from building their own business, and collect on bonuses for those self generated leads. Our company is offering a training salary if you are chosen to join our team. Positions are base salary plus commission with unlimited earning potential. Average earnings are $75-100K+! Every day on the job is different from the last, which makes each day new and exciting! Limited positions are available.

Pool Technician Installer

Our company is based out of Rancho Cordova and has over 38 years of experience in the solar industry. We are committed to the idea that clean, sustainable energy production should be on every house and business. As such, we are currently seeking a self-motivated individual for the full-time position of photovoltaic system installer.

 Duties of the Position Include:

  • Repair all types of pool and hot water solar equipment on customer’s homes.
  • Plumb in necessary piping from ground equipment to collector location on roof.
  • Caulk all roof penetrations, install brackets to support collectors & piping, paint risers to match house color, dig trenches and cut & re-pour concrete as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, kneel, stoop, bend and twist at the waist

This position is physically demanding and will frequently require you to lift 75 lbs. or more over your head, dig post holes/trenches, work in the sun for 8 hours a day and walk on steeply-sloped homes.

 

Required Qualifications are as Follows:

 

  • 6 months of residential or commercial pool system installation experience.
  • Clean driving record and no criminal history.
  • Training will be provided on entry however, you must be able to communicate effectively with the lead installer and relevant office staff to be able to grow as the company grows.

Compensation is hourly and based off of experience and previous qualifications. There are significant opportunities for overtime and the benefits package includes 401k.

Solar PV Installer

Our company is based out of Rancho Cordova and has over 38 years of experience in the solar industry. We are committed to the idea that clean, sustainable energy production should be on every house and business. As such, we are currently seeking a self-motivated individual for the full-time position of photovoltaic system installer.

 

Duties of the Position Include:

  • Work with a crew of 2-4 people to ensure that the job is completed safely and on time.
  • Communicate politely and professionally with customers, inspectors and office staff.
  • Drive the fleet vehicles to and from the job site safely.
  • Apply design plans to the actual site seamlessly.
  • Hang/Wire inverters, bend conduit, pull wire, attach racking system to roof, mount modules and connect all major system components with the grid to NEC specifications.

 

This position is physically demanding and will frequently require you to lift 60 lbs. or more over your head, dig post holes/trenches, work in the sun for 8 hours a day and walk on steeply-sloped homes.

 

Required Qualifications are as Follows:

  • Residential or commercial photovoltaic system installation experience.
  • Clean driving record and no criminal history. Drug testing on entry is mandatory.
  • *Self-motivated and fast-learning individual.
  • Clean appearance, to represent the company in a professional manner.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Any electrician experience what-so-ever.
  • Any form of post-high school education in the fields of engineering, math or science.

• Sizing and designing projects for optimal performance
• Costing projects with up-to-date material pricing

PV Commercial Sales Manager

Aztec Solar is celebrating its 40th year in the solar industry and is growing rapidly. We look forward to you joining our experienced team. This position is based in the Sacramento Area. 

We are seeking experienced candidates who are motivated to grow a seasoned solar sales team in the commercial space.

As the PV Commercial Sales Manager, you will build a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets, produce profitable projects and grow the business. This role is critical in the development and implementation of the sales strategy, including identifying and securing strategic accounts. Responsibilities include developing the sales strategy with the executive management team, hiring and coaching an experienced sales team. Candidates must have a strong understanding of commercial utility rate schedules and technical solar sales.

Job Duties:

Develop and implement a sales process that can scale.

Prospect, identify and communicate with high-level decision-makers in order to create new leads and ultimately cultivate new client relationships.

Use effective communication with operations, engineering, project managers, and installation crews.

 

Conduct site evaluations for potential customers.

 

Ability to problem solve and proactively research potential concerns or issues.

 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Satellite Imaging software, PV design tools.

 

Grow and maintain a large pipeline of opportunities and keep them up-to-date.

Use our CRM to report on sales activity.

Facilitate contract negotiations with potential clients.

Incorporate business strategy into key activities and prioritize accordingly to reach sales goals.

Stay abreast of all changes in the solar markets – including policy changes, competitor news, and market developments.

Work closely with Senior Management on strategic initiatives the company should be considering including new product selection, channel relationships, and new business ventures.

Attend all important industry trade-shows and seminars as identified by Management.

Skills Required:

Minimum of 10 years of successful B2B sales experience required.

5 years +experience in Solar Sales Management.

Solar PV experience and knowledge required.

Experience managing or selling to multiple stakeholders.

Understanding and presenting financial analysis to customers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; must be comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences as well as a clear and effective writer.

Excellent organizational and self-management skills.

Expertise on new solar industry products, applications, and system designs.

 

Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

 

Ability to manage multiple solar projects in parallel and prioritize competing demands.
